Description
The American University of Sharjah Library is the first in the Middle East to adopt OCLC WorldShare Management Services (WMS) as their Library Management System. This presentation covers issues of Arabic searching and cataloging, customer support, updates to cloud systems, and patron privacy. Presented at the OCLC EMEA Regional Council Meeting in Berlin, February 2017.
